This is because you’ve used up all your bandwidth allowance or minute allocation, by:

You have uploaded or downloaded a considerable amount of data
You have uploaded or downloaded music or video, such as TV shows, Video Clips, Movies, legal or illegal
You have used peer to peer (P2P) file sharing network,
You have streamed content such as Music, Internet Radio, Television or Video
You have played on-line games that result in large data transfers
You forgot to log out or turn off your wireless adaptor

If you’re using a subsidised account provided by your facalty, your bandwidth and minutes are reset each Saturaday morning. (Please read http://advice.pogolink.com)

Please do not contact us as we're unable to help, you will need to buy additional time/bandwidth by selected 'Credit Card / PayPal' on the login page and clicking 'Sign-up'.

You can purchase an additional account using PayPal, a Debit or Credit Card. When you log in, you can choose which account you wish to use.

TIP: When you log in, you can monitor bandwidth and minute usage by clicking 'MONITOR SESSION' for a pop-up window to keep track of your minutes and bandwidth usage.

Abuse of Special Access Codes:

At Pogolink we try to help users resolve technical problems as quickly as possible.

To do this we sometimes issue a 'Special Access Code' to a user to allow them to connect whilst we investigate a problem.

When a user selects 'Special Access Code' a message appears saying 'Only use this option if instructed by Pogolink Support Staff'

Unfortunately some users have abused this service and used or shared Special Access Codes without the permission of Pogolink Staff to illegally gain access to our system.

Under English Law (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_Misuse_Act_1990) it is a Criminal Offence to gain access to a computer system without authorisation.

Foreign Nationals, if convicted, may be deported and refused entry to the United Kingdom and other European states.

We will disable any account(s) used by a computer that has accessed our systems with without permission using a Special Access Code.

If you have used a Special Access Code without permission you must contact us at abuse@pogolink.com - Please include the Login ID of any vouchers you have used that have been cancelled.

Users who contact us will not be reported to the Police, but will need to pay a fine of 25(GBP) before their computer is allowed to connect. Any vouchers used before payment of this fine may be cancelled without a refund.
